This notice explains what information Deeply Fundamental collects when you contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as the work requires.

Deeply Fundamental Labs Pte. Ltd. · Singapore · Effective 20 August 2026 · v1.0

Deeply Fundamental is the public identity of Deeply Fundamental Labs Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202631191C), a company registered in Singapore (“we”, “us”). This site is an informational front door; it is not a product or an account-based service. We are the party responsible for the personal data described here under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).

What we collect

We collect personal data in two narrow ways.

Information you give us through the inquiry form

When you submit the “Bring a workflow” form, we receive the fields you complete: your name, your organisation and role, a description of the workflow or problem you are bringing, why it matters now, an optional note on what currently breaks or depends on one person, your email address, and an optional inquiry type. Please do not include confidential source material or personal data about third parties in this initial form.

Technical information collected automatically

Our hosting and form providers record limited technical data — such as IP address, browser type and timestamps — as an ordinary part of serving the site and protecting it against abuse. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.

How we use it

  • To read, evaluate and respond to your inquiry, and to have a first exploratory conversation if there is a fit.
  • To maintain the security and integrity of the site (for example, basic spam protection and logging of successful and failed submissions).

We do not add you to a marketing list, sell your data, or use your inquiry to train models. We will not use the information for a materially different purpose without asking you first.

How your inquiry reaches us

Form submissions are transmitted to a monitored Deeply Fundamental inbox using a form-delivery provider and standard email infrastructure. If that provider is unavailable, your browser may instead open your own email client so you can send the same message directly. These service providers process the data only to deliver your message to us.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the site and receive your inquiry — namely our website host and our form-delivery and email providers — and only to the extent needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Some of these providers may process data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps so that the data continues to be protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence only as long as needed to evaluate and respond to it and to maintain a reasonable record of our conversations. When it is no longer needed for a legitimate purpose, we delete or anonymise it. You may ask us to delete your inquiry sooner.

Your choices and rights

Under the PDPA you may, subject to legal limits:

  • ask what personal data of yours we hold and how it has been used;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate personal data;
  • withdraw your consent to our continued use of your data, after which we will stop using it for the relevant purpose;
  • ask us to delete your inquiry.

To exercise any of these, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to the information we hold. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, which is why we ask you not to send confidential or sensitive source material through the initial form.

Children

This site is intended for organisations and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
